today marathon at the gym... 4 and a half hours! anyway, this is not recommended...bcos overtraining can lead to muscle catabolic...meaning muscle wastage.... budden... i seldom go to the gym ma...so once i go...i try and train as many parts as possible. quite dumb actually, buti dun feel good leaving the gym knowing that something is untrained leh...haha. hit every single possible muscles tt u can find... did bar-bell squats ang leg extension too! finally start my leg training, after so many many years... after that went swimming! the 30laps was so tiring... the first lap itself im already like so so tired. every 10laps i went to the jacuzzi! enjoy life! :) too bad gotta rush home to go out if not i can stay at the pool for a few more hours! (jus exaggerating!) anyway i love pool, really a nice place to relax and let your mind sort everything out...so many thoughts ran thru my mind at the pool... but think so much for wad...nothing better to do! anyway who knows any good chinese acupuncture? i have difficulty walking! pls help!
