started training in school already... today went gym with dar and jj but i din do much cos was'nt in the right mood for pumping iron.. wanted to go running instead to prepare myself for this coming sunday AHM 21k run. stayed in the gym until 530pm when its cool enough to run. started running from SRC to science faculty to NUH to Prince George Park Residence to Kent Ridge Hall to some ulu place in NUS to Faculty of Arts & Social Science to School of design & Environment to SRC again! tts i think 5k... wanted to run 15k but my feet hurts again! shit! thought it was alright already, but since i already started running, i decide to continue to clock my 15k... so i went for my 2nd round! finished my 2nd round... i gotta catch my breath and my feet was feeling weird...so i stopped and went back to gym to cool down! so only managed to run 10k only! Anyway i am really gaining weight lor... not the lean kind..but the FAT kind... cos when im running i can feel my tummy boucing up and down! I have to do something la... realised i train a lot but i also eat alot... my output is higher than normal people... but my input is far higher than normal people! so i decided! ITS TIME TO STOP EATING JUNK!!! if not my training will go to waste la! ok...from today onwards, i will have moderate training but with a healthy diet!
anyway i did went for last sunday newbalance realrun even though my sprain was still recovering...kind of crazy for me to run with injured leg... hmmm.. maybe i should be more responsible for my own well-being... but sometimes, i just cant help it! wil talk more about the run in the nextblog when i got the potos from roy!
