back from swim. good sun = good tan! :) went for 50... guessed at least 600Kcal shud be burnt ba... burn away the oreo cheese cake and hawaiian pork chop yesternite!!! burn!!! so many bikini gers suntannin! but not realli interested (dun tink wrongly of me!!!) ...cos i want to quickly finish my 50 laps and go home! and gosh... saw a guy wearing a small little piece of T-back trunks showing all his butt suntanning..totally grossed out.
supposed to meet dar to go gym! but but.. woke up at 10 plus den was thinking of wat mods to bid till 12 plus..so nv go gym so went swimming instead! tml morning den go gym! cannot run tml at sentosa le (hope iain n roy sees this). after the last run on 1st august...my feet injured..shit... always injury one! even when i walk also can feel the pull... jialet...hopefully can go for the realrun and ahm..if not i will be wasting $25 + $ 15.75 = $40.75!
jj was right... he say i will stop training weight unless i injured, and after i injured, i will run until injury... whats next!? anyway shoulder has recovered a lot! so more gym for the time being le!
