saw uncle vincent at the gym today! and once agn...he taught me a few tricks... concentrated bicep curls and chest contractions. its actually the usual stuffs we read in BB magazine, but he emphasizes a lot on form, which makes a simple workout into one tt is so damn tiring. major mistake that most ppl who goes to the gym is to lift weights..lift for the sake of lifting...which is very very wrong! lets say if we are trying to hit pectorias, then while doing bench presses, our arms is just to support, not exert any strenght. back should be relax not flexed. thruout the whole movement, only the chest should be feeling the expansion only. anyway, uncle vincent is a national BB who represented our majulah singapura... a short little guy...shorter than me...heehee... but his hamstring is like thesize of my head! nice and funny fella, who doesnt know the meaning of chio bu. who doesnt in singapore?
did a full upper body workout with minimal shoulder involvement, thou its not recommended. but no choice, cos seldom go gym now, so as and when i have the time, will whack full upper bod. and the onli ting i look forward after hrs of lifting is a cold shake! wahh...cant wait to drink the protein shake man. currently have cafe mocha, banana and chocomint left... 3 tubs...dunno how to finish them man... who wants to buy from me?!?! hehe... think it taste better than mcdonald shakes...simply fantastic!
oh yes... my shoulder still hurts while trying to do arnold press.... haii..one of my fav. exercise. wat to do...rest for another 4 mths! already rested my shouders for 2 mths and counting... off day for tml!
